I recently found this cool new feature from Flickr called Zeitgeist. Zeitgeist is a small flash video that displays recent photos from flickr based on your choice of

  • Everyone’s photos
  • Your photos
  • Your contacts’ photos
  • You and your contacts’ photos

If you have a new site or maybe are just looking to add some images to your webpage you could easily put Zeitgeist right on your sidebar. It only takes one line of code to add it to your site and will definitely adds some cool interactivity to your site as well. You can check out Zeitgeist Here.

Nice stuff. Though, I really don’t think its that cool. They could have added more “coolness” to it.

I definitely agree with you on that. I may edit the post to point out that this is a “initial version” and not a full release. Thanks for commenting!

Pretty cool little widget. While most like this I have seen display one image at a time, this one is definitely better for people to get a feel of whether or not they like your images, and they are then free to see them on Flickr, making it more interactive.
