Absolutely Dave, Goodwill locations seem to be the best bet overall for free e-cycle recycling of TV’s.

In Kent there is:
Goodwill Kent Store

In Covington there is:

Thomas, yes there is one place in Anacortes that you can recycle your tv and other electronics at. You can take your electronics to the Aktion Club of Anacortes at 1014 26th St Anacortes, WA 98221. Here are the hours and phone number for the location as well.
PHONE: 360-299-8889
HOURS: 2nd and 4th Saturdays of month 10-2p.m.
