I am not a fan of watching television. If you want to catch your favorite shows, you have to actually plan on watching them as they are only available at certain times of the day. When you watch shows online, they are available any time of day.
For me, I am online only from here on out.
This is a short categorization of what I am watching online right now. Some are informational, some are hilarious, and some are just plain entertaining. I’m sure not all of these will appeal to everyone, but I can guarantee you will enjoy at least one of these shows if you give them a try sometime. Check em out

DemocracyNow
DemocracyNow is a daily news broadcast that airs Monday through Friday on over 100 stations World Wide, but I choose to watch it every morning online at DemocracyNow.org. DemocracyNow is honest news you see, they don’t have to censor their topics based around advertisers demands. Cnn or NBC can’t report about how Americans want a public health care option when one of their advertisers is United Health Group or Cigna. This is because those insurace companies hate the idea of a people ran competitor to their failed product.
On TV news stations, you get what some companies are willing to let you know. See what they left out on DemocracyNow.
Citizen Radio on BTR (audio)
Citizen Radio is a weekly podcast hosted by Jamie Killsteen and Alison Kilkenny. With Citizen Radio, Jamie and Alison take a revolutionary stance on their demand for social justice that is somehow inspiring, yet also hilarious to listen to at the same time. Yes there is swearing (actually a lot of it), heaping loads of sarcasm, and I love every bit of it.
CR will be expanding past their Wednesdays only schedule and adding a weekend show to their lineup soon as well. Awesome.

South Park
South Park has just returned for the second half of season 13 with the episode “Dead Celebrities”. Dead Celebrities has to be a record setter for South Park, but not in a everyday sort of way. It definitely didn’t set the record for the most hilarious episode ever, but I do think it may have set a record for the most amount of television shows and movies insulted in a episode.
Everything from John and Kate to Dancing with the Stars was poked fun at in this episode. I think with the South Parks mid season break and all, they had a lot of catching up to do.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
I have heard reviews from more then one person that states all they do is argue on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but I beg to differ. They also come up with some of the most hilarious, genius, and idiotic ideas on the show. I describe it as accidental brilliance or inadvertent idiocracy.
The show is a about 5 people from Philadelphia who work in a bar. Somehow that sounds way to simple and boring to be hilarious and entertaining, but the show is fantastic. It’s got great writers, excellent actors, character height, and no shame.

Major League Soccer
I recently wrote about the service at mlsnet.com mlssoccer.com where you can subscribe and watch (almost) every MLS soccer game live online. The price is fair and it gives you access to any game of the season, any time you want to watch it. I am not a huge sports nut, but I do like to watch a occasional competition now and again.

WordPress.tv
WordPress.tv is a excellent online resource for anyone that is interested in blogging or anyone who wants to start a blogging. With over 100 videos covering the complete basics of blogging, to something more complex such as search engine optimization, WordPress.tv has something you will want to watch.
Obviously, every show on TV should be available online, television is a antiquated medium that is slowly being phased out of existence. In retrospect, I can also see a couple reason why media companies would not want their shows online, one, the advertising revenue gains are much higher for television and two, if every show was online, no one under 30 would need a television subscription package.
